Yes I know that “inspirer” is not the best way to describe this. Here I am speaking about the ability to inspire people, to move an audience by awakening a greater sense of hope and passion. So, you are a trainer, you can deliver content information and then enable people to develop the required skills so that they can experience the information in their everyday life, but can you inspire them? Can you speak in such a way that people begin to awaken to possibilities?

Inspiring people sometimes happens through teaching and training content. That often happens with APG. I constantly get reports from trainers that they are so impressed with the power of the APG course— how they see people’s lives change before their very eyes and how they themselves deepen their own self-management and self-leadership by training it. I also hear this from those of you who are training the Self-Actualization series. And no wonder! The subject itself is inspirational— how to be your best self, how to unleash your real self, how to find and actualize your passion and gifts, how to facilitate the self-actualization of families, companies, organizations.
