How I help people
I help parents understand how their past experiences and emotional patterns may influence the way they parent and relate to their children. I support them in becoming more aware of these patterns and finding healthier ways to respond to and connect with their children. I also coach adolescents and their parents to better understand emotions, communication, and the challenges of growing up.
