As Neuro-Semantics Trainers we have a treasure chest with tools and strategies that we practice during NSTT, and afterwards through our trainings, workshops and opportunities of presenting infront of people. I realized that over time and with every one of those experiences, I gained learnings that I can call imperative and they proved to be essentials every time I plan for a training. So, as I was preparing the topic of today’s article, I thought of sharing these learnings which I call ‘ingredients’ of my training kit.

I have been training within the corporate domain since 2011 and Neuro-Semantics since 2014, and as you know, people who come on to a training program are incredibly diverse even if they come from the same company, department or have a similar background. This diversity makes a very rich environment in the training room but can also go very wrong if not tackled from the very beginning. So, my first ingredient became; know your audience.
