AFFIRMING AND OWNING NEW LEARNINGS
From concepts and abstractions to actually see, hear and feel yourself doing what you learned, is a process.
From concepts and abstractions to actually see, hear and feel yourself doing what you learned, is a process. I just participated as a learner in the “Executive Decisions” training delivered by Michael in Monterrey Mexico this past week. I put my attention on two things: the content and the learning process in order to experience it and own it to eventually deliver it my self.
Why would I do that? I believe Neuro-Semantics contributes to get the best out of human beings and as a result, it contributes to shape a better world. I do firmly believe this. What I identify as a learner and as a trainer:
Abstracting and understanding what the learning content is all about: this responds to the “what is this” question. Michael gave us a conceptual tour through the training as a whole and each piece of the content was conceptually explained so I was able to understand it by abstracting it, discovering its logic, how words were used and how each part of the process links and matters. This allowed me to feel how the content started to make sense and settle into my body.
