A great thing about training ACMC and other more advanced trainings is that I get to meet people from all over the world who took NLP and APG from other trainers and increasingly, they are trained by people. This is great because I can now test my own work and the next generation of trainers. “How well trained are these new people?” “Do they understand the basic NLP and Meta-State concepts?”

My answer is often, “No, they do not.” And that sends me back to the drawing board to redesign what I’m doing so that I can be more clear, more concise, more precise, and more effective in transferring knowledge and skill to others. That helps me rethink if my own messaging and training is too complex or not sequenced right or not explained sufficiently, or something else.
