In my previous article entitled ‘Applying (Patterns) to Self as a Trainer’ I described my process for applying the NSTT patterns to yourself to improve your congruence and skill as a trainer. Beyond applying patterns to ourselves we also have the opportunity to apply the principles of self-actualization to ourselves.
How much are you practicing them now? How much more would you like to? How much are you currently enjoying the self-actualizing life? We are the leaders of the second human potential movement, wouldn’t you like to lead by example?
