PART ONE

Here’s how I have applied collaboration to business. In March, I invited Aldem Salvana to Mauritius to co-train Coaching Essentials. Why would I invite another trainer to co-train. Is that even financially viable? If I know how to train these courses, what benefit would I gain? Here are some valuable takeaways that may answer these questions:

1. We shared marketing and sales strategies. We combined efforts, skills and expertise to ensure we had the quality and quantity of participants we wanted.

2. We reviewed, studied, and planned course content and schedules, shared slides and activities. We shared pre-frames, out-frames, de-frames, metaphors, etc for each topic. We combined the best of these to deliver the highest value to the participants.

3. We spent many hours discussing, sharing, questioning, debating and exploring NLP and Neuro-Semantic topics and concepts. As two experienced trainers working for over 15 years in different environments, cultures, markets and with different clients, you can imagine the valuable exchanges we shared.
