During the first part of ACMC Coaching Mastery in México City this past June I received feedback from one of my Meta-Coach colleagues. He pointed out to me that I entered a “non- resource-state” when I was “exposed” to others or when I was “being benchmarked.” He then asked me what was happening to me in those situations and invited me to be coached in the coming days over this challenge. He was right. I typically enter into a poor resource state when in those or similar situations.
