It’s not news that as a trainer, you facilitate those who come to your trainings to learn. You advertise that they can learn NLP or Leadership or Communication or Conflict Resolution, or dozens and dozens of other subjects. This is actually one of the hardest things in the world to sell. Think about it. Ask the average person on the street about their experience with learning in school or even in college, if they will even let you engage them about that, that will not put them into the most positive states. And you want to sell more of it to them!

Yet thousands, actually millions of people all over the world spend their hard-earned money to come into training rooms to study and learn. Except for the small minority of seminar addicts, they must really want to understand something to do that. So there you are, in the front of the room, and here is a roomful of adults ready to learn. Or, are they?
