On my way to Montreal this week I read The Leader on the Couch: A Clinical Approach to Changing People and Organizations by Manfred Kets de Vries. Some months ago I read another book on leadership by Kets, The Leadership Mystique. While I liked that one, I found this book problematic, and problematic in a way that affects what you are doing as a Meta-Coach.
