Here’s one of the ways that we define Meta-Coaching and what it is—Meta-Coaching is compassionate challenging. What we mean by that is that in “coaching” we bring the full force of our compassion for people—empathy for human beings, belief in their potentials, and care that they live the fullest and most resourceful life possible. It also means that we equally bring the full force of our ability to challenge them to step up, take responsibility, access their innate powers, and live life to the fullest. So we do both— we care and we challenge.

Do you do both? Do you bring the full force of both your love, empathy, and belief along with your willingness to disturb their peace, shake them out of their comfort zone, and let them feel the tension of a creative goal?
