Last week I had a very open and honest conversation with one of our trainers about trainings and training manuals. He wrote to ask what I thought about creating some new formats of coach trainings which he could then offer. He wanted to take bits and pieces from the various models that we use in Neuro-Semantics like the Matrix Model, Axes of Change, etc. and reformulate it so that he could appeal to a local audience. I said no.

Now normally I would be the first person to be the cheerleader when a Trainer wants to take the NLP and Neuro-Semantic models and patterns and creatively apply it in a new way and create new trainings and training manuals. But this case is different. It is actually very different.
