It is not easy, instead it is difficult and challenge and it is this precisely because it does not come without effort, focus, attention, and intention. There are so many things that can get in the way of an effective collaboration and so many things that can sabotage collaboration. So when we talk about high level collaboration— and especially about collaboration excellence —we’re talking about actualizing something that is a very rich and meaningful state.
