CRITICAL THINKING

AND META-FEST

MetaFest has just concluded—a great collaborative event that brought ‘the field of NLP’ together in a new and exciting way—a way that was designed to make NLP cool again.  I can’t express enough praise for Kallum and Conor for their vision and their execution of that vision.  They have done something that no one else has done!   To them I say “Well done!” and Congratulations.

I watched 3½  of the presentations— Robert Dilts, Redman, and Frank Pucelik, then most of Shelle’s.  I then went to bed at 3 a.m.  Later I woke up and wrote this article while listening to Shelle Rose Charvet.  And while each offered some good things and some really great things, there were some serious problems with all of them.  In saying that there were serious flaws and problems with their presentations I’m writing to trainers— I’m writing to those who make their living by making presentations and so I’m writing about presentations.
