Are we training presenters or transformative Trainers?

There’s something we don’t talk about enough in NSTT. We spend real time — and rightly so — on platform skills. How to use your voice, how to build group rapport, how to use the space purposefully, how to induce the right states to the group and adjust in real time. How to tell a story that lands, or use a metaphor that makes an abstract idea easy to understand. All of that matters. It’s part of the core skills, and I don’t want to diminish it.

But we talk far less about something just as important: precision. The distinctions. The fine, sometimes subtle differences in the actual content we teach — NLP and Neuro-Semantics themselves. And the better grounded you are in those distinctions, the better your training will be. Not louder, nor more entertaining. Better, in the sense of true and precision.
