If you are a trainer, you probably know and appreciate one central fact— your voice is your key instrument. After all, everything that comes out of your mind comes through your voice. It is also your voice that everyone in your audience hears. They hear your voice. So, how is your voice? We ask this question over and over in NSTT and we even benchmark “voice.” Voice is crucially important for lots of reasons.

Voice Factors Articulation. How you do, or do not, articulate creates an overall effect to your voice.
