After reading all of the posts on Getting a KPI (#31, 32, and 33), someone, not to be named, wrote this past week and asked: “Do I really have to get a KPI? What if I don’t? Can I still coach? Can I still be a Meta- Coach— and a Meta-Coach in your good graces? And do even the expert coaches always get a KPI?”
The short answer is “No. No you don’t have to get a KPI to coach, be a good coach, be a Meta- Coach, or even be in my good graces!”
