EMBRACING SERVANT LEADERSHIP IN NEURO-SEMANTICS TRAINING
Imagine stepping into a role where your primary focus is not on your achievements or status, but solely on enhancing the experience and growth of others.
Imagine stepping into a role where your primary focus is not on your achievements or status, but solely on enhancing the experience and growth of others. As Neuro-Semantics Trainers, our greatest impact is felt not when we seek to be the centre of attention, but when we serve as facilitators of profound learning experiences.
Many years ago, I attended an international personal development training that profoundly transformed my life. Inspired by the experience, I volunteered to assist at the next programme. On my first assist team, I was assigned the role of a Mic Runner. My job was to swiftly pass the microphone to participants who raised their hands to ask questions and then squat beside them to avoid blocking anyone's view.
During one of these runs, a startling thought struck me: "What are you doing?! You're the CEO of a multi-million dollar company, and here you are, running around with a microphone. For what??" I grappled with this question for a long time, feeling a clash between my professional identity and this seemingly humble task.
