EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING

If you train Neuro-Semantics, then you do experiential trainings.

If you train Neuro-Semantics, then you do experiential trainings. Or, at least I hope you do. After all, that’s what I attempt to communicate at NSTT and what I try to demonstrate in every training I do. In any and in every training, my goal is to give people an experience. Yes, I want them also to understand NLP and Neuro-Semantics. Yes, I want them to be intelligently informed about what we are doing and why. But more than that, I want them to experience it.

This is the difference between training and lecturing, teaching, consulting, and other modalities that focus on content information. The emphasis in training is on people getting their hands on the subject, experiencing it, learning from trying it out, experimenting with what works and what does not work, pushing themselves in the experience as they stretch out of their comfort zone, and more. From an NLP perspective, you can think of it this way— lecturing and teaching exclusively uses the visual and auditory channels. Training goes further by using the kinesthetic channels for understanding and comprehension.
