Now I am at the Neuro-Semantics Trainers Training (NSTT) 2016 in Hong Kong, and want to share with you four critical points that I have being getting aware of.

1. A Trainer needs to be ready to go at all times! In the 12 days that we have being living here at NSTT in Hong Kong, we have meetings with the staff team every day from 8:30 to 8:50 a.m. and occasionally we met in the afternoon, at dinner time from 18:00 to 19:00 hours.

At the dinner meeting, we usually share the day's experiences, difficulties and challenges as well as strategies to correct whatever is being unhelpful. Occasionally, if we have time, we plan activities (drills and others) for the next day and also occasionally decide who will be leading each topic or theme at the front.
