The first time I was in front of a group running NLP Practitioner, I only set a few frames at the beginning and later I paid the consequences of this lack of framing. Many things where misunderstood, there was a lack of clarity of what we were doing and the purposes of each pattern etc. That’s why in the training field, one of the most important skills is to set frames and the other one is to reframe.
As we know, the way situations are presented and perceived can significantly influence learning and skill development, and at this point, framing will provide more guarantee for your trainees to really learn and understand things in the most appropriate way for their benefit. Framing and reframing are not only essential for trainers, but they also empower trainees to approach challenges from new perspectives and to have mind clarity from the beginning to the end of your trainings.
