GROUP & TEAM COACHING

Today, Group and Team Coaching is the fastest growing coaching speciality. Organizations have discovered the value of getting groups, departments, boards, committees, etc. to learn how to work together in a cohesive and effective way. An organization is a group of people working together to create a product or service. It also uses groups of people to run the many different functions in the organization.

Yet merely putting a bunch of people together in a department or division does not guarantee that they will now how to work together effectively. Each may very well trained in the skills that they need to do the work, but are they also skilled in the inter-personal and relational skills needed to work together as a team? This is equally true of the board of directions and of the leadership team made up of the heads of the departments. Do they know how to work together as an effective team?
