Each year in January and February is the time for the Trainers to renew their license and work through their local Institute of Neuro-Semantics. And each year this is a new process for those who graduated from NSTT the previous year. Many are curious about what the Institutes are for, how they work, what we want for them and from them. So to explain some of that most years I write something about the Institutes.

It was way back in the year 2007 that we made an intentional shift about Institutes. Prior to that we allowed any Trainer to create and to own an Institute. After that we said that what you can create is a training center and we designed the Institutes of Neuro-Semantic as belong to the Community. That launched the Institutes as being collaborative associations of all of the trainers in a given country. We did that to actualize our Vision of Collaboration and so it would be more practical and local.
