In Neuro-Semantic trainings— especially the Competency based trainings— today we always conduct a formal ceremony at the end for the Graduation. In the past few years wherein I have been conducting 12 to 15 ACMC Trainings a year— I have been a part of a great many Ceremonies. Yet we do not only set up ceremonies for these trainings, but to a lesser degree to many other trainings. In fact, it is actually a very good thing to end every training that you do— no matter how short with some sort of ceremony. Why recommend that you conduct a ceremony when you complete a training? There are several reasons.

1) A ceremony creates a memorable end to a training. People remember beginnings and endings which is why we encourage you to begin and end on a high. This one of the basic Training skills we teach at NSTT. What do you want people to remember about the training?
