In the years that I have been working in front of groups as a NLP and Neuro-Semantics trainer, I have realized that one of the greatest fears of many of my fellow trainers is not knowing the answer to any or some questions that the participants might ask in a training or workshop. In fact, I am sure that a good percentage of certified trainers who do not do Neuro-Semantics training is because they have this great fear of not knowing what to answer when faced with a question.

Although there is also another group of trainers who decide to train without having prepared enough in terms of the theoretical foundations of the models and distinctions of NLP and Neuro-Semantics. In these cases, we are talking about trainers who when asked a question that they do not know the answer to, they invent the answer. In most of these cases, if not all of them, they lose credibility and burn-out.
