When you train APG you are simultaneously presenting, teaching, and training two subjects. First you are training the Meta-States Model. Second, you are training people for self-leadership as they access their personal genius state.

The second theme is that we generally focus people’s attention on. We direct them to the most personal benefits that they will derive from the training—developing their personal “genius” state. This is the “flow” state. It is being “in the zone.” It is the laser-beam focus state. These terms and phrases describe what we mean by “genius.” Genius means engaging in something so fully that you find so compelling that it captivates all of you so that you go into flow. You enter into the zone so that your focus becomes like a laser beam. We focus on this because it offers people some real tangible benefits— the values that they can take away from the training.
