HOW TO TRAIN APG

What we have learned at NSTT in the past few years is that training APG is much more challenging than it seems on the surface. In saying that “we” have learned this, I mean myself, Colin, the Master Trainers, and every new Trainer taking NSTT for the first time.

Our feedback and benchmarks today reflects that trainers need to both know what to present (the pattern itself) and how to effectively present it (the platform and training skills). These two facets of the training experience determine the quality of your training. And the quality of your training will determine your success in the marketplace because if you can’t deliver quality training, you will not have repeat business or word-of-mouth promotion from your participants.
