One of the cornerstones of Neuro-Semantics is the feedback, the benchmarking, the evidence of skills and the KPI:s of reached outcomes. As a Trainer you have many tools to get feedback on how effective you are in making the material come alive for the participants, to engage, to pre-frame, re-frame and out-frame, to invite participation through questions and much more.

How do you know that it's working?

To set the frame around this I will go back to basics and use the TOTE-model in combination with parts of the well-formed outcome and use them to explore the feedback-loops of “engagement”. The question in my mind is “What would be evidence of engagement?” “How will I know?”
