When you met someone who is not quite ready for coaching, or someone who is hurting and needing healing, refer them to a good therapist. In fact, be sure that you are prepared and have at least one or two really good therapists that you know who you can refer to. In fact, every MCF chapter should have two or three good Neuro-Semantic or NLP Therapists who they have all their members refer to.
