Some were about paying their royalties(!), and a couple about how to reach out and be helpful to the trainer. Others wrote to encourage us to maintain the standards in spite of it being difficult to do at times. And in reflecting on the nearly five months we attempted to work things out and in wanting and hoping for the best, it has been difficult and something that none of wanted to do.
