Kaizen: The philosophy of continuous improvement.

If you have revisited one or several of the advanced Neuro-Semantic trainings (ACMC, NSTT or Self-Actualization) recently you might have noticed that they keep evolving, becomes more and more in-depth or more streamlined and to the point? For me the second time I attended NSTT was very different than the first, in structure, the flow, much of the content and it wasn’t just that I got a meta-perspective on it; it really had changed completely. After Michael delivered the first Self-Actualization training (with all four modules together) in Hong Kong, the next one was very different because he implemented benchmarking and group processes that was worked on in the trainer day after.

The reason behind much of that progression is because of Michael’s creativity as a developer and modeler, and much of it is because of the feedback from participants, assistants and trainers and the constant implementation of that feedback to make the training even more effective. My analysis (or mind-read) is that it's also because Michael is running the Optimisation Meta- program of continuous improvement.
