I must recognize that learning Meta-Programs seemed like a piece of cake. Having gone through several Neuro-Semantic training courses, readings, practice groups, have I got them right? Getting ready for the PCMC full 6-day training in Mexico City (September 2-10), I had a powerful realization: the "cake" I thought I knew was so much more. I realized how relevant Meta-Programs are, so I got into them studying Figuring out People and started following the recommendations on how to learn them, starting with learning one at a time up to play the Meta- Detective Game. The true depth of Meta-Programs is not in mere identification, but in their full embodiment within our own neurology.

The journey from knowing to embodying is where the real work—and the real mastery—begins. It's about moving from a conceptual understanding to a lived-in, neurological fluency, which implies three things: self-awareness, deliberate practice, and precision.
