Sarah's opening words stopped me cold: "I need to finally figure out who I really am." By Day Three, Sarah's shoulders straightened as she guided another participant through anchoring. Her voice carried new authority. Her gestures seemed to flow with confidence I hadn't seen Monday morning. Identity operates as flexible meta-state programming, not fixed personality structure.

What Is Meta-State Identity Flexibility? Participants can consciously reprogram their self-concept through recursive meta-states.
