You would think that given the Pandemic and how many people lost their jobs, how many small businesses went out of business, how many people suffered “depression” from being locked- down and unable to be in their social groups—that there would be a gigantic demand for resilience. I thought that! And given the amount of teenage depression and suicide, the amount of economic stress due to inflation and other forces—I thought that training in resilience would be at an all-time high.

But from what I can tell, it is not. Since the Pandemic I have only delivered the Resilience training one time. I really thought there would be a big demand for it. I have only heard of two, maybe three trainers training Resilience. For me this raises the question of “why not?” Why is there not more demand for resilience?
