META-THERAPY REFLECTIONS AN IDEA

We have just completed the second presentation of Meta-Therapy training. There were 34 present in person and there were another 14 online. Half of those who attended were Meta- Coaches, the other half were therapists, psychiatrists, hospital personnel and two educators.

Not surprising to me was the fact that those who asked the most questions and the most relevant questions were the Meta-Coaches. Whatever education system the others had been matriculated in, they were apparently not taught to think through new information and ask questions.
