In the last Trainers’ Reflection, Colin asked “What is after a 2.5?” He also provided a challenge when he asked, “What are you going to do to improve your skills to gain a consistent 3+ in the presentation benchmark scores? How will you gain feedback on your developing skills as a trainer?” And he ended that post by providing a list of possibilities for taking your skills to a level 3.

Why did he do that? Because excellence has a structure. That’s one of the foundational premises in NLP and Neuro-Semantics. And when it comes to excellence in presenting and training —that also has a structure. In fact, that’s what the competency benchmarks are all about. They identify the component elements of excellence in presenting and training.
