Neuro-Semantic Trainers training has become a training that is both demanding and exhilarating as a direct result of the challenges, those in attendance experience, over the 14 days comprised of 12 hours per day of face to face learning. The one of the primary goals each of those in attendance has is to achieve a competence bench mark score of 2.5 for each of the core presentation and training skills. They wish to achieve a consistent score of 2.5 in categories that include: Group rapport, group engagement, framing and the induction of state, effective use of voice and semantic space —along with the use of metaphor. Each of these define the presentation skills that each participant is measured against. Then there are the training skills of: Memorable, demonstration skills and the handling of questions and finally the use of the 4-Mat Quadrant model in the overall design of their presentation.
