David Murphy just let me know that he is enroute from Egypt to Mexico and cannot get his article to the Trainers today. So I’m sending you this update on NSTT.

For the first time ever, after two days of the 7 minute presentation with 4 minutes feedback and then Take 2 for another 7 minutes, we shifted to have each trainer-in-training to do a 24 minute presentation. Within that 24 minutes, we then used the process of Deliberate Practice. So for that period of time we made frequent interruptions, provided in the moment feedback and recontinued. That proved much more effective.
