With every Neuro-Semantics Trainers’ Training I learn and experience lots of new things. I learn things about the design of the program, new things as I interact with the assist team and the other trainers—things that lead us to make new adjustments to the design and structure, thereby making it better for the next time. Things that I learn about the content of NLP and Meta-States come from both the questions that are asked and from the way different people interpret things. Sometimes I’m amazed and sometimes I am shocked to discover how the same materials I’ve been working with for 35 years can be perceived and interpreted.

Another source of new learnings comes from the experiences that the new participants have in their own process of learning NLP and/or APG and learning how to present it or use it. Every year there are people who for various reasons struggle to get their heads around this or that concept or pattern. The question then arises, “What’s stopping or preventing a person from getting it, understanding it, being able to use it?”
