A frequent question I receive from people starting to learn NLP "What would happen if 2 people who know NLP talk to each other? Will they be able to communicate? Who will "win"? My answer is they will have a better, more useful and succinct conversation, if they truly apply the tools and presuppositions of NLP they should reach a win-win outcome from such a conversation.

During the last NLP leadership summit in Spain I witnessed just that! When over 70 of the world's top experts and leaders of NLP meet in a single room, one of the things that grabbed my attention was the huge diversity in the room, people from different countries, backgrounds, cultures, languages, NLP associations and often very different opinions and believes, the only major thing in common I'd say was NLP.

It was very interesting to observe the discussions, disagreements, agreements and finally the useful outcomes from the conversations. I truly believe that if we didn't have NLP as a tool of communication inside that room, communication would have been very hard and reaching a useful outcome accepted by the majority would have been almost impossible!
