If you do the Introduction until the first break (10:45) on the first day, then you’re ready for the first pattern when your participants return.
If you do the Introduction until the first break (10:45) on the first day, then you’re ready for the first pattern when your participants return. As you introduce the Power Zone, you will want to orient people to this first meta-stating process.
“We’re going to begin with two meta-stating processes— we will meta-state ourselves with awareness and ownership. And we will do this about our fundamental human powers to activate your ability-to-respond and use that response-ability to take effective action as you are unleash your personal genius.”
To introduce the pattern explain what it is designed to do. Answer the question in the minds of your participants, “What will I achieve in running this pattern?” Then review the six steps of the patterns giving them a sense of each step. If you are clear and concise, this will only take a few minutes. Doing this primes the participants for the pattern. The six steps: Choose event of dis- empowerment, choose and become aware of an empowerment event, access and amplify ownership, amplify, appropriate to dis-empowerment, future pace.
