PREP-UP YOUR TRAINING

Abraham Lincoln
How much time do you dedicate to prepare for your training? I used to over prepare until I realized I was spending too much time on the wrong things. To improve the quality of my preparation, I decided to focus on two things; increasing the quality of my thinking before the training and increasing the quality of my speaking during the training.
As Neuro-Semantics Trainers we understand the importance of setting powerful frames to inspire participants. Frames to explain the benefits of the training and pre-framing the learning experience to get more value out of the training. Neuro-Semantics training can transform people’s thinking in real time. This opens them up to powerful realizations that can lead to life changing transformations. When you deliver powerful frames that make powerful connections in the minds of your participants, these realizations and transformation happen quicker, deeper, and more frequent. Preparing powerful frames changed the quality of my training.
