I’m delighted that a number of our Neuro-Semantic Trainers are training, or soon will be training, The 5 Minute Manager.  This training is not only for managers, although it is targeted to anyone who works with and through people—who manages them.  And, of course, that’s nearly all of us.  Now in this training, my hope and purpose is to help you not only train this, but be able to effective demonstrate problem-solving in a very short time.  My long-term goal is to equip and enable you to  demonstrate solving problems in five minutes.  If you’re ask, “How can I learn to do that?”  Here is my first answer.  There will be many more.

First, the focus of the training is on one single experience—solving problems.  But that’s the thing—if you focus on solving  problems, you will mess up the problem-solving strategy.  Now isn’t that interesting?  Actually, let me state that a little bit stronger.
