REFLECTIONS ON THE NLP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
This year the NLP Leadership Summit met in the middle of January in Alicante Spain.
This year the NLP Leadership Summit met in the middle of January in Alicante Spain. This was the third 3-day Summit that we have put together and the 11 th time NLP Leaders came together since 2012 to collaborate on the future of NLP. This year we had four of us from the Neuro- Semantic community— David Murphy, Omar Salom, and Jairo Mancilha, all from South America.
What is required to be a part of this NLP Leadership Summit? We require 15 years of experience in the field of NLP as a leader. If you learned NLP prior to 2005 and have been bringing people into the field of NLP by training, coaching, consulting, researching, writing, etc. and people look to you for leadership in NLP— then you can apply to become part of the summit. How? Go to the website, www.nlpleadershipsummit.org and apply. You will be asked to “sign off” on what NLP is, its values, quality training, etc. as described on the website. Then your name will be put forth to the 150+ members of the Summit to see if anyone has an objection. If no objections, then you will be added to the Summit.
