After the emails from Michael, Omar, Tarek and David and reading through them I have to say that I totally agree with everything that was writing in their emails. For me it was the first time that I had the opportunity to attend the NLP Leadership Summit. I was all excited and expected to see and hear people with passion and drive

Yes, they had passion and drive. Yes there where many small meeting about different topics and yes people where kind, gentle, there was patience to let other speak and tell their truth or viewpoint. For me it was an experience never witnessed in the NLP community in my country. So that gave me hope for the NLP Community.

What I missed was the sense of people complemening each other in the field of NLP. hope that that lack of complementing until now will change. They seemed to me to mostly be playing solo, wanting to build community, wanting that NLP would be able to become something big in the world, and at the same time I didn’t have that feeling that we have in Neuro-Semantics that when we create more value in a system we can do more.
