Being a trainer of Neuro-Semantics involves several things at once. It implies that you are a skilled Trainer at a high level of competency and therefore you are prepared to convey more effectively than many Trainers in the world. It also means having domain in NLP and Neuro- Semantics because you read books that are required to be a Neuro-Semantics Trainer, because you have experienced firsthand the experience of having completed the Practitioner and Master practitioner and because you know its structure. This means that at the front of a group you are able to answer any questions regarding the frameworks of any distinction or techniques we teach in these trainings.

While what I have wrote up is very cute and inspirational, is not quite true. Being under the conditions described above requires not only having completed the trainings that are required to be a Neuro-Semantics Trainer, it requires re-taking them more than two or three times. It is not enough to have lived experience once to pretend you have the knowledge and mastery required to teach, train and evaluate them.
