Do you know some of the secrets for using frames in your conversations and trainings? Frames are the meanings you provide within and about a topic as you communicate to other people. These meanings are for your audience to understand the purpose and significance of your topic, for them. To learn some secrets about frames will intentionally increase your audience engagement and provide you with an interaction that is meaning-full. Is this higher engagement useful for you?

Last week I heard a frame about another topic: 'it's too hard'. Paradoxically that is really easy to say. My laughter at least was taken lightly. So whilst I am a language oriented kinda bloke and I generally love the Meta-Model (pun intended), there was a meaning within this 'too hard' statement that helped lead us to the frame games model. So what, you may say? Well, it's difficult to see the frame when we are inside the picture, so we decided to play a game. Can you not get serious in a conversation and continue to shape and form your frames?
