SELF-ACTUALISATION SERIES UNLEASHING CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING DAY 3

The page in the manual that starts Day 3 of the Creativity & Innovation training begins with several quotes. The one which most succinctly sums things up for me is from the book ‘Creative Leadership.’
“Creativity isn’t complete by just thinking about something new and useful – it is the direct result of someone taking action and bringing a new idea to fruition”.
In the WFO conversation from Meta-Coaching this relates strongly to question #7, “What do you have to do?” In my last two reflections I spoke of how the same precision model of questions of the WFO is brought not only too outcomes, but to ‘problems’ themselves. And then on Day 2 the whole process of creativity itself was explored. It is true that from these two days, a lot of problems disappear anyway and there are many “Aha!” moments. But still, nothing has actually been planned out specifically. Which is where Day 3 really nails things down in practical terms.
