SETTING THE FRAMES FOR 2014
I started writing a reflection on “The art and skill of framing” and then I realized, instead of going all technical on that topic how about setting a larger frame by closing the book on 2013 and set a direction for the year ahead instead?
I started writing a reflection on “The art and skill of framing” and then I realized, instead of going all technical on that topic how about setting a larger frame by closing the book on 2013 and set a direction for the year ahead instead? I invite you to use the questions for creating your own direction if you want to.
First of all, what did you do well in 2013? We learn just as much from our Meta High Fives as we do from feedback, benchmarking and “failures.” So what did you do really well last year? Make a list and include both the little things as well as the big wins. This may seem like a simple enough task, and at the same time one of the key skills that I emphasize more and more in my trainings is to be neuro-semanticist is to be able to sacrilize meaning, to make things meaningful to you at the highest levels. So counting your blessings, wins, aha-moments no matter how big or small is actually making you a more effective meaning-maker, trainer and coach.
