Sometimes we need to stop up our creativity, reinvent ourselves and innovate our offering. Robert Kegan (2017) wrote the following which encouraged me to think ‘systemically’, moving beyond working with individuals and teams to developing organisations. Instead of offering ‘leadership development programs' I now offer a more systemic service.
